1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

We do not sell your data, we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not profile you for marketing.

3. Where your data is processed (processors)

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.) — authentication and Realtime Database. Our database is located in the EU (europe-west1, Belgium).
• Apple Inc. — push notifications (APNs), Live Activities, in-app purchases, App Attest.
• Our own servers (EU) — the data bridge that receives your trading data and stores it in Firebase.
• Fair Economy Media (Forex Factory) — the in-app economic calendar is downloaded directly from their public feed; like any web request, the provider receives standard request metadata (e.g. your IP address). No account data is sent to them.

Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention

• Account and trading data — for as long as your account exists; deleted upon account deletion.
• Investor password — for as long as the hosted plan for that account is active; deleted when you disconnect the account or end the subscription.
• Support correspondence — up to 2 years.
• Purchase/billing records — as required by tax and accounting law.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent). To exercise your rights — including full account deletion — contact kontakt@traxy.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) end-to-end, per-user database access rules, API-key and App Attest protection of our servers, and encrypted storage of investor passwords. The investor password is read-only by design — it cannot execute trades or withdrawals even if compromised.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail. The current version is always available at this address.

Nie sprzedajemy Twoich danych, nie używamy reklamowych ani śledzących SDK firm trzecich i nie profilujemy Cię marketingowo.

3. Gdzie przetwarzamy dane (podmioty przetwarzające)

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.) — uwierzytelnianie i Realtime Database. Nasza baza znajduje się w UE (europe-west1, Belgia).
• Apple Inc. — powiadomienia push (APNs), Live Activities, zakupy w aplikacji, App Attest.
• Nasze własne serwery (UE) — mostek danych odbierający dane tradingowe i zapisujący je w Firebase.
• Fair Economy Media (Forex Factory) — kalendarz ekonomiczny w aplikacji pobierany jest bezpośrednio z ich publicznego kanału; jak przy każdym żądaniu sieciowym dostawca otrzymuje standardowe metadane (np. adres IP). Żadne dane Twojego konta nie są do nich wysyłane.

Jeżeli dostawca przetwarza dane poza EOG, transfer chronią standardowe klauzule umowne UE i/lub ramy EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Okres przechowywania

• Dane konta i dane tradingowe — przez czas istnienia konta; usuwane po usunięciu konta.
• Hasło investor — przez czas aktywności planu hostowanego dla danego konta; usuwane po odłączeniu konta lub zakończeniu subskrypcji.
• Korespondencja z pomocą — do 2 lat.
• Dokumentacja zakupów/rozliczeń — zgodnie z przepisami podatkowo-księgowymi.

5. Twoje prawa

Zgodnie z RODO masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, sprzeciwu, przenoszenia danych oraz cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie (gdy przetwarzanie opiera się na zgodzie). Aby skorzystać z praw — w tym całkowicie usunąć konto — napisz na kontakt@traxy.pl. Możesz też złożyć skargę do organu nadzorczego (w Polsce: Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

6. Bezpieczeństwo

Stosujemy szyfrowane połączenia (HTTPS/TLS) na całej drodze danych, reguły dostępu do bazy per-użytkownik, ochronę serwerów kluczem API i App Attest oraz szyfrowane przechowywanie haseł investor. Hasło investor jest z założenia tylko do odczytu — nawet w razie naruszenia nie pozwala na handel ani wypłaty.

7. Dzieci

Usługa nie jest kierowana do osób poniżej 18 lat. Świadomie nie zbieramy danych dzieci.

8. Zmiany

Możemy aktualizować niniejszą Politykę. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy w aplikacji lub e-mailem. Aktualna wersja jest zawsze dostępna pod tym adresem.
